As a result, Hire Currently disclaims any responsibility or liability for User Content. Acknowledgment of User Interaction Risks

Users, known herein as "You," acknowledge and affirm that Hire Currently is not equipped nor obligated to authenticate the identity or credibility of each User. Hire Currently does not undertake the responsibility of verifying Users. Therefore, it is your responsibility to conduct appropriate due diligence before initiating communication or interaction with any other Users, employment agencies, and recruitment consultants.

You voluntarily accept all risks associated with interactions with any User encountered on the platform. In case of any dispute or issue with a User, you agree to directly seek resolution with the respective User. By accepting these terms, you hereby release and discharge Hire Currently, its subsidiaries, and their respective employees, directors, and agents from all claims, demands, and damages of any kind, including actual, consequential, direct, and indirect damages, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, revealed or undisclosed, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Data Sharing Policy

Hire Currently has the discretion to disclose User Content and pertinent information about the provider of such content to third parties. This disclosure is carried out in the operation and provision of our Services, enforcement of any agreements with you, fulfillment of legal obligations, and response to requests from government authorities, law enforcement agencies, court orders, subpoenas, or similar legal processes.
